摘要
在Carrousel氧化沟中悬挂半软性填料而组件的复合式氧化沟处理人工合成的城市污水,通过小试研究,考察了复合式氧化沟在不同的HRT时运行效能和特性,分析了复合式氧化沟工艺在污染物去除方面的优势。试验表明,当HRT从55h减少到10h,COD去除率从99.1%减少到86.6%,BOD5去除率从99.4%下降到92.8%,氨氮去除率从98%减少到83.0%;当复合式氧化沟在HRT=20h的条件下运行,进水COD、BOD5和氨氮分别为125.3~492mg/L,56.26~249.44mg/L,20~32.91mg/L,去除率分别为90.2%~97.0%,94.4%~99.3%,90.1%~98.7%。复合式Carrousel氧化沟耐冲击负荷能力强,各类污染物的去除效率很强。
Semi-soft packed materials was suspended in carrousel oxidation ditch to build up complex reactor,which was used for municipal wastewater treatment.The complex reactor was investigated for its properties under different hydraulic retention times,and its advantages were analyzed based on pollutants removal rate.Experimental results indicated that COD removal rate reduced from 99.1% to 86.6%,BOD5 from 99.4% to 92.8% and ammonia nitrogen from 98% to 83.0% when HRT was reduced from 55h to 10h according to bench experiments.At HRT 20h COD removal rate was 90.2%~97.0%,BOD5 was 94.4%~99.3% and ammonia nitrogen was 90.1%~98.7% respectively corresponding to COD 125.3~492mg/L,BOD5 56.26~249.44mg/L and ammonia nitrogen 20~32.91mg/L as influent.The complex carrousel oxidation ditch was thought good ability against shock load and high removal rate for all contaminants.
