摘要
本文采用LTCC技术设计了一种新型枝节型均衡器,将谐振单元放置在LTCC基片的中间层,与主传输线相平行。此设计与传统均衡器相比,大大减小了均衡器体积,特别是在频段较低的均衡器设计中,这种体积的减小尤其明显。通过HFSS仿真优化,使得该均衡器在6-18GHz的工作频带内,低端插入损耗小于2.5dB,高端插入损耗小于1.6dB,均衡量约10dB,输入输出回波损耗优于-16dB。
A novel stub equalizer is presented based on LTCC(给出全称)technology.The resonator is placed in the middle layer of the substrate,parallel with the main transmission line.Compared to the conventional equalizer,the volume is greatly reduced in the design,especially in the low frequency equalizer design.The simulation results show that the equalizer has good results with the insertion loss less than 1.6dB at 18 GHz,equalized value about 10dB,input and output return loss better than-16dB at 6-18GHz band,respectively.
