摘要
利用三维PIC软件,首次建立与速调管输出腔外接矩形波导耦合装置几何尺寸完全一致的计算模型,对S波段矩形波导输出腔加载做了设计和优化,在工作电压80kV,束流45A,工作中心频率为2.85GHz条件下,得到了1.43MW的输出功率,3dB带宽达到了6%,经过实验证明,理论仿真计算与实测结果是吻合的。
Using three-dimensional PIC software,the first time establish a klystron output cavity external rectangular waveguide coupling device geometry is fully consistent calculation model,the output of the S-band rectangular waveguide cavity loaded to do the design and optimization,in the working voltage 80kV,operating current 45A,the work under the conditions of the center frequency of 2.85GHz,has been 1.43MW output power,3dB bandwidth of 6%In the experiment,theoretical simulation and experimental results are completely consistent.
