摘要
为了解粉末形貌对FeSiAl微波衰减涂层性能的影响,本文采用四种粉碎方法制备出了不同形貌的FeSiAl粉末,并对FeSiAl烧结涂层的性能进行了研究。研究表明,当FeSiAl颗粒呈片状或棱角状并伴有脆性解理面形貌时,烧结涂层具有良好的微波衰减性能。分析认为,FeSiAl粉末具备片状或棱角状并伴有脆性解理面形貌特征,可使烧结涂层获得相对较高的磁导率损耗角正切值和较高的衰减常数。
In order to find out the effect of FeSiAl powder shape on properties of microwave attenuating coatings,different shapes of FeSiAl powder are manufactured by using four types of crushing methods,and properties of FeSiAl sintering coatings are investigated.The results show that the sintering coatings possess good microwave attenuating properties with FeSiAl granule in the shape of flake or irregular edge angle,on which there are brittleness cleavage faces.The analyses show that sintering coatings with these powder shape characteristics possess higher loss tangent of permeability and attenuation constant.
