摘要 高功率微波定向能车辆阻停系统是美国、德国近年来投入巨资研发成功并装备公安武警,专门针对公共区域恐怖犯罪和驾车自杀式袭击等场合的"反车辆"的一种高功率微波电子系统。本文给出了国际上发展的两种类型的微波定向能车辆阻停系统的研究进展,一类是基于超高电压发生成形技术和皮秒级超快开关技术的超宽带微波定向能系统,对目标车辆的阻停作用距离为6-50m左右;一类是基于小型化紧凑型脉冲功率技术与虚阴极后加速管(Reltron)技术的窄带微波定向能系统,利用Reltron产生的50MW微波功率输出,通过高增益波导缝隙阵列天线对目标车辆的阻停作用距离100m以上。通过分析研究,给出了微波定向能车辆阻停系统的技术发展趋势,并提出了在我国发展这种系统的重要应用和需求。 The directed energy vehicle stopper system are the new type of anti-vehicle high power microwave weapon, which have being developed in USA and German recently with much more national financing,and being used by police in the special areas of terrorism and suicide attack with vehicles.In this paper,two type of directed energy vehicle stopper system are introduced with theirs technical development.One is the ultra wide band system with high voltage pulse generation,formation, and fast switch techniques,which can be used to stop the target car within the distance of 6 to 50 meters.The other is the narrow band system with compact high power pulse and Reltron techniques,which can be used to stop the target car beyond 100 meters with the 50MW output power of Reltron and high power waveguide slotted array antenna system.With the analysis and investigation in detail,the technical development trends of the directed energy vehicle stopper system are concluded,and the urgent applications and requirement to develop this type of high power microwave weapon are put forward.
