摘要
将频域BLT方程与FDTD方法结合起来对包含非均匀线缆的耦合传输线时域响应进行了分析。该方法将非均匀部分线缆从传输网络中独立出来,采用FDTD离散进行时域分析,然后变换到频域与BLT方程混合求解整个线缆网络的电压、电流响应。一方面避免了用单一的时域有限差分算法对传输网络进行整体离散时所带来的高计算量、高内存占用比问题;另一方面将作均匀线段当成节点处理,为频域方法求解含非均匀线的传输网络响应,提供了一种新的思路。仿真结果也表明了该方法的有效性。
In this paper,a hybrid BLT-FDTD approach has been used in analyzing the time-domain response of coupled transmission lines contains the non-uniform lines.An FDTD code is used to compute the non-uniform lines which is drawing out of the whole transmission network,then transformed to the frequency domain and incorporated into a BLT equation to solve the response of electrical voltage and current.The advantage of this approach is that,on one hand,avoiding the more calculation and more impropriation of CPU which brought by the discrete space to the whole transmission lines using FDTD.On the other hand,taking the non-uniform lines as a node provides a new idea for the solution of complicated transmission network on frequency-domain.The simulation results present the efficiency of this method.
