摘要
膜分散微反应器利用微孔膜作为分散介质,分散相在压力作用下通过膜孔均匀分布在连续相中,由于混合尺度很小,可以达到毫秒级快速均匀混合,非常适合于快反应的纳米颗粒制备工艺.以碳酸钠和硫酸锌的水溶液为原料,在膜分散微反应器内直接沉淀反应,制备了纳米碱式碳酸锌颗粒,再通过焙烧得到纳米氧化锌颗粒.研究了焙烧温度、反应物浓度、两相流量等因素对颗粒粒径的影响规律,使用XRD、TEM、N2吸附脱附等手段对样品进行了表征.利用这种方法制备纳米颗粒的过程能耗低,易于控制,可进行连续操作,后处理过程也较简便.
Membrane dispersion mini-reactor used microporous membrane as dispersion medium.The dispersed phase was distributed into the continuous phase through the membrane pores under the action of pressure.It could achieve millisecond fast and uniform mixing because of the small mixed scale,so that it was a good method to fast preparation of nanoparticles.Basic zinc carbonate was prepared by direct precipitation method in membrane dispersion mini-reactor using sodium carbonate and zinc sulfate as raw materials,then calcined to form zinc oxide nanoparticles.Several operating conditions such as calcination temperature,reactant concentration and feed flow rate were investigated for the purpose of controlling the particle size.XRD,TEM and BET were used to characterize the samples.There were many advantages of this method to prepare nanoparticles such as low energy cost,easy control and continuous operation.
