摘要
针对传统钢铁炉外精炼设备及其搅拌工艺能耗大、资源利用率低、环境负荷重等问题,提出利用重力势能驱动的旋流反应器用于金属的炉外精炼工艺,以达到降低环境负荷的目的.该反应器通过革新传统冶金反应器的构造,引入离心泵的设计原理,通过在漏斗形壁面上设置优良叶型的导流叶片,使沿导流叶片下流的钢液产生旋流,达到利用钢液本身的重力势能作为金属精炼搅拌动力的目的.利用水模型实验验证了这种新型冶金反应器的冶金特性,即对旋流生成与混合能力进行实验研究.结果表明,该反应器在工作中无需外加动力,产生的旋流能够提供金属冶炼所需的搅拌动力,较好的完成金属液的混合及冶炼过程;在已知的3种叶片形式中,前弯型叶片产生的旋流效果最佳.
In consideration of the equipment and mixing process of traditional iron and steel secondary refining consuming large amount of energy,with low resource utilization and heavy emissions to the environment,this paper proposes a method which uses the gravitational potential energy of the molten steel to drive the cyclone reactor which is used in the metal refining process of the metal.So this method is to reduce the burden on the environment.The reactor renovates the construction of the traditional metallurgical reactor.The design principle of centrifugal pump is introduced to it and good guide is set by vanes on the wall of the funnels reactor which produces vortex,so that the molten steel which flows down along the guide vanes can become a powerful swirling.Only the gravitational potential energy of the molten steel is used as a driving force for metal refining mixing through it.Water model experiment is used to verify the metallurgical characteristics of this new reactor,namely to investigate the generation of the swirling and mixed ability of the reactor.The experimental results show that the reactor does not require additional power while working,it is able to provide the required stirring power by the swirling,and with good mixture of molten steel and the smelting process.In the three types of known vanes,the front bending vanes produces the best swirling effect.
