摘要
铁水炉外脱硫是提高钢铁质量的重要环节之一.目前,广泛采用的铁水炉外脱硫主要方法是喷吹法和KR搅拌法.KR搅拌法因具有脱硫剂单耗低、脱硫效果稳定和良好的搅拌动力学条件而被广泛采用.示踪实验是研究水模型中混合时间的基本方法,以聚氯乙烯颗粒为示踪剂,通过不同的搅拌桨浸入深度对示踪剂分散情况的影响,并考虑液面的稳定,确定最优浸入深度为12~15cm.通过研究不同的搅拌模式对示踪剂分散情况的影响,并考虑单向搅拌时搅拌桨和水的速度达到稳定时所需时间,确定最优搅拌模式为正3s停0.5s.研究结果对氧化钙碳化钙等脱硫剂的KR搅拌脱硫工艺具有一定指导意义.
External desulfurization of hot metal is an important process to improve the steel quality.Usually extensively adopted method of desulfurization in molten iron is injection method and KR stirring method.Because of lower desulfurizer consumption,the effect of desulfurization stability and good dynamics conditions,KR stirring method is widely used.Using tracer is a good way for study of the water flow by rotating in water model.In this work the particles of PVC as tracer are used.Through studying the effect of the immersion depth on tracer particles in the liquid dispersion and considering the stabilization of surface,the optimal immersion depth is 12~15 cm.Through studying the effect of the rotation mode on tracer particles in the liquid dispersion and considering the time with the rotating speed of impeller and water getting consistent under unidirectional stirring mode,the optimal rotation mode is forward 3 s interrupt 0.5 s.The experimental result of cold water model of tracer can have significance to desulfurization in molten iron by CaO and CaC2.
