摘要
在高炉用单种含铁炉料的软化性能研究的基础上,对混合炉料的软化特性进行了实验研究.结果表明,块矿、球团矿与烧结矿混合后在软化过程中存在交互反应,能够明显改善块矿、球团矿自身的软化特性;而天然块矿与球团矿、球团矿与球团矿以及天然块矿与天然块矿之间没有明显的交互反应现象;块矿的交互反应性大于球团矿,软化特性的改善幅度也大,实验所选用的块矿的软化特性改善幅度均在40%以上,球团矿均在33%以下.研究结果为高炉炉料结构的优化提供理论基础和技术依据.
The softening properties of sinter,pellets,lump ores,and their mixed burden were investigated.The results showed that the interaction between natural lump ore or pellet and sinter observed could dramatically improve softening properties of the lump ore or pellet.While the interactions between natural lump ore and pellets,natural lump ore and natural lump ore,pellets and pellets were not observed.The interaction of lump ores was larger than that of pellets,and the improvement degree of lump ores was also large.The improvement degree of lump ores was all above 40%,and the improvement degree of pellets was all below 33%.This research would supply theoretical basis and technical support for optimization of burden structure in blast furnace.
