蒸发母液离子交换法分离钒的实验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Study on Extraction of Vanadium from Evaporation Mother Liquor by Ion Exchange Method

摘要 采用201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂对从蒸发母液中分离钒进行了实验研究,结果表明,树脂对V2O5的吸附率随蒸发母液pH值以及流速的降低而增加,当树脂与蒸发母液的体积比为0.06,蒸发母液的pH值为8,流速为1mL/min时,V2O5的吸附率可达到86.87%.通过交换机理分析表明,不同pH值和钒浓度下,蒸发母液中钒离子的存在形式不同,从而导致树脂与钒的理论交换量不同,在碱性溶液中,树脂与钒的理论交换量随溶液pH降低而增加,这与实验中随蒸发母液pH值降低V2O5的吸附率增加的结论相一致. Experimental study on extraction of vanadium from evaporation mother liquor of aluminium oxide production process by ion exchange method with 201×7 resin was carried out.The results showed that V2O5 adsorption rate increased with the decrease of pH value and flowrate of evaporation mother liquor.Under the conditions of 0.06 volume ratio of resin to solution,pH 8 of solution and 1 mL/min of flowrate,V2O5 adsorption rate came up to 86.87%.The analysis on ion exchange mechanism indicated that due to the different vanadium ion states of solution in different pH values and vanadium concentrations,the theoretical exchange capacity between resin and vanadium was different.In alkaline solution,the theoretical exchange capacity increased with the decrease of pH,which was in accord with the experimental result.
