吹氩对板坯连铸结晶器流体流动的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Argon Gas Injection on Fluid Flow in Slab Continuous Casting Mold

摘要 基于相似理论,利用物理模拟研究了吹氩条件下板坯连铸结晶器内的流场,重点研究了不同水口吹气量对结晶器内卷渣、渣层分布、液面波动、流股冲击深度等的影响.研究结果表明,随着水口吹气量增加,结晶器内的卷渣次数先减少后增加,水口附近的液面波动逐渐增强,流股冲击深度逐渐变浅. Based on the theory of similarity,a physical model was established to study the flow filed in the slab continuous casting mold with argon blowing and the influence of blowing argon flow rate on slag entrapment,slag distribution,liquid surface level oscillation,and impacting depth were investigated The results showed that with increasing gas flow rate in nozzle the times of slag entrapment decreased first and then increased,the liquid surface level oscillation near the nozzle increased,and the impacting depth decreased.
