摘要
钢筋混凝土夯扩桩是利用打桩锤将内外桩管同步沉入土层中,通过锤击内桩管夯扩端部混凝土,使桩端形成扩大头,再灌注桩身混凝土;拔外桩管时,用内桩管和桩锤压顶在管内混凝土面上,使桩身密实成型。夯扩桩是一种高承载力、价廉的扩底工艺的沉管灌注桩,在适宜的地质条件下,具有独特的短桩优势和显著的技术经济效益。通过对西安金风科技有限公司泾渭工业园生产基地2号办公楼、3号车间地基复合载体夯压扩底灌注桩施工工艺的介绍,阐述了复合载体夯压扩底灌注桩的特点、工艺等。
Reinforced concrete rammed pile is the use of piling hammer will be simultaneously inside and outside the pile pipes sunk soil,through the hammer inside the pile of concrete pipe ram-expanded end,so that the formation of the expansion of pile head,and then pile the body of concrete,pulling pipe outside the pile with a hammer inside the pile pipes and piles of top surface of concrete in the pipe,so that the pile forming dense.Rammed pile is a high bearing capacity,low-cost end of the expansion process of the immersed tube piles,in the appropriate geological conditions,has a unique advantage of the short piles and significant technical and economic benefits.In this paper,Xi'an Jin Jing Wei Feng Technology Co.,Ltd.,production base in Industrial Park 2 # office building,3# Workshop Ramming companding composite foundation pile at the end of the construction process of a presentation at the end of composite pile rammer companding characteristics,craft and so on,provide a reference for similar projects and references.
