摘要
以湖南长沙太平街的改造与修缮为切入点进行深入调研,充分挖掘出历史街区在新型城市发展中的潜在价值,提出保护历史街区对城市的意义不仅在于对人文精神的延续,对历史资源的延续,同时其巨大的商业价值也极具开发潜力。
The significance to protect the historical District is not only a continuation of the human spirit and historical resources,but also enormous potential in the commercial value to the city.In the paper,the author have done an in-depth investigation in the point of renovation and repair of the Taiping street in Changsha,to excavate completely the potential value of historical street in the development of new city.
