摘要
采用SD、因子分析、层次分类分析的方法,对中小城镇居民居住的理想图景进行调查分析,试图探求中小城镇居民最喜欢的居住环境类型以及构成这些类型的特性,为在高速城市化进程中建设高品质、高舒适度的住区以及既有住区的改造完善寻找参考依据和目标。
Based on the SD survey in major southern towns in China,we give evaluations on the outlook of living environment and housing style.In the meanwhile,using Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis,we figure out the ideal residential imagination and its features which will provide foundations to housing renovation and future construction.
