廉租房的标准化问题研究

STANDARDIZATION OF CHEAP RENTING HOUSES CONSTRUCTION

以国家扶持廉租房建设的政策背景为契机,以标准化学科为理论依托,在借鉴发达国家住宅产业化经验的基础上,从标准化的角度切入住宅产业化的问题,提出了廉租房标准化的概念,将廉租房的标准化作为住宅产业化发展的突破口,理顺住宅相关行业的协调关系,使参与住宅生产的各行业、部门、企业进行最优化的生产组织方式,从而探索出一条适合中国国情的住宅产业化道路。

Against the background that the State Government encourages the construction of cheap renting houses,the paper proposes the standardization concept of the cheap renting houses,so as to optimize the producing organization between the various department,enterprises and industries,to explore a industralization way of housing in China.Some experiences from the developed countries are also introduced.
