高层隔震结构现存问题及改进策略 被引量:3

Existing problems and improvement strategies for high-rise base-isolated structure

摘要 随着建筑物抗震设计的安全性和适用性的要求日益提高,传统抗震设计方法存在诸多的局限性,而结构振动控制理论是解决该类问题的一种较好的新方法。理论分析、模型试验和试点工程实践均表明,合理的隔震结构设计可使地震反应降到相应传统抗震结构响应的40%以下,而且在地震设防区,尤其是高烈度设防地区,隔震技术可以作为一种有效方法突破层数限制。为了研究隔震技术在高层结构中的应用,在对高层非线性隔震结构进行隔震效果分析的基础上,与传统抗震结构地震反应进行了对比,并分析了高层隔震结构在高振型、大高宽比以及平移-扭转耦合效应作用对高层非线性隔震结构的影响,提出了高层隔震结构在应用上存在的问题及改进策略。 Conventional seismic design method has many limitations,and cannot satisfy the requirements of safety and applicability in the design of buildings in recent years.The structural vibration control theory is a new method to provide some help in this issue.A large number of theoretical and computational analyses,model tests and a pilot project in practice have showed that a rational design could reduce the seismic response of base-isolated structure to 40% or less of its traditional counterpart.In the fortified area of the earthquake,especially in high intensity fortified area,isolation technology can be used effectively in high-rise buildings.In order to study the application of isolation technology in high-rise structures,based on the analysis of isolation effect for high-rise non-linear base-isolated structures,earthquake responses.and the base-isolated effect of high-rise non-linear base-isolated structures under the action of higher mode vibrations,the effect of,aspect ratio and lateral-torsional coupling was analyzed.And finally,the existing problems and improvement strategies of high-rise base-isolated structure in application were put forward.
