我国建筑结构设计规范编制与进展

Compilation and progress of codes for design of building structures in China

针对我国建筑结构荷载规范、建筑抗震设计规范、混凝土结构设计规范、钢结构设计规范、砌体结构设计规范、建筑地基基础设计规范、高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程和建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准8种规范,综述了建国以来总体5期的发展历程;对151个编制单位承担30个规范项目的情况做了统计分析,给出了7个主编单位和31个主要参编单位的名单。对于规范分类进展情况,选择代表性问题进行纵向对比分析,具体描述了各类规范的理论与技术变革。在论述关于规范进展总体认识中,指出:我国设计规范,编制年代为20世纪后半期,处于世界结构设计规范发展活跃期,从无到有,逐期提高,现期建筑结构设计规范已主体进入世界先进行列。

The general development of eight standardized codes promulgated at the five different stages has been summarized since the foundation of the People′s Republic of China,namely the Load code for the design of building structures,the Code for seismic design of buildings,the Code for design of concrete structures,the Code for design of steel structures,the Code for design of masonry structures,the Code for design of building foundation,the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building,and the Unified standard for reliability design of building structures;the statistical analysis was made for the thirty projects of building codes undertaken by one hundred and fifty one compilation units,seven major compiling units and thirty one leading participating compiling units was listed.The diachronic comparative analysis of the progress in the codes classification by choosing the typical issues was made,the changes of the theories and techniques of the codes were specifically described.The general understanding of the code progress was discussed,Chinese design codes were edited in the second half of the twentieth century,when was the active period for developing the design codes of structures in the world.Starting from scratch and developing gradually,the current codes for the design of building structures have been edged into the advanced ranked in the world.
