内皮素受体拮抗剂对脑血管痉挛的治疗作用
摘要
脑血管痉挛(CVS)是蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)最常见的高危并发症之一,是SAH患者致残和致死的重要原因[1]。许多资料表明,内皮素(ET)参与了SMH后CVS和迟发性脑缺血的病理生理过程。
