摘要
旋转电弧焊缝跟踪系统的稳定性和可靠性是其应用推广要解决的问题,提高系统的智能化水平是解决问题的关键.对智能控制的观点进行研究,提出在自主性、主动性的基础上,建立以自我意识为控制核心的主体Agent,并以计算机为载体实现功能;分析了旋转电弧信号特性与数字处理方法,为其在计算机中的应用奠定基础.
The stability and reliability of rotating arc welding seam tracking system should be enhanced in its application promotion.The key is to improve the intelligence system.The viewpoint of intelligent control was studied in this paper,based on which an Agent with self-consciousness as control core was establi shed.The characteristics and digital processing methods of rotating arc were analyzed,laying the foundation for application in computer.
