臭氧引发双性离子单体接枝改性制备聚偏氟乙烯亲水膜 被引量:3

Preparation of PVDF membrane grafted hydrophilic zwitterionic monomer induced by ozone

摘要 臭氧(O3)处理聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)溶液使其表面产生活性点,采用液相均相接枝的方法将3-(甲基丙烯酰胺基)丙基-二甲基(3-磺酸)氢氧化铵(MPDSAH)接枝在PVDF材料上,再通过浸没相转化方法将其制备成PVDF亲水膜。采用红外、SEM对材料表面形貌进行表征,使用接触角对材料亲水性进行表征。 (3-(methacryloylamino)propyl)-dimethyl(3-sulfopropyl)-ammonium hydroxide (MPDSAH) was grafted on Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) chains,which resolved in N-Methy1-2-pyrrolidone and was pre-treated by Ozone. Then the PVDF membranes were prepared by phase inversion methods. The surface morphology of these membranes were characterized by IR,SEM. The hydrophilic of the membranes were tested by contact angle.
