结合长春市重点给水工程首次使用大口径PCCP管的施工经验,对这种新型复合管材的施工技术进行总结,包括管道结构形式到现场检测、安装、承插口打压、灌浆、静水压试验、验收、使用等各方面,根据实际操作进行了施工工艺和技术的总结,为以后的大口径PCCP管施工提供了技术和理论支持。

Combined with the first construction experience of large diameter PCCP pipe from Changchun City's important water supply project,the author proposed a summary on the construction technology of a new composite pipe-PCCP pipe,including the pipeline structure,site inspection and installation,socket suppressed and grouting,hydrostatic testing,acceptance and so on.It also summed up the construction processes and technologies according to actual operation,and provided technical and theoretical support for the future construction of large diameter PCCP pipe.
