膝关节骨性关节炎患者股骨髁的形态学研究

Knee Osteoarthritis' the Morphological Study about the Condylus Medialis and Lateralis

目的通过对膝关节骨性关节炎患者X线的测量,来比较膝关节炎患者与正常人群的股骨内外髁形状差异,探讨内外髁比值的正常值,观察膝关节骨性关节炎患者的偏移度,从而了解膝关节骨性关节炎患者股骨髁形态学上与正常人的差异,不仅为研究膝关节骨关节炎的病因提供了线索,也为畸形股骨下段的矫正提供了新的参考。方法选取55例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,记录被检查者的性别、年龄、肢别、身高、体重、疼痛性质、伴随症状等。测量患者股骨内侧髁、外侧髁高和宽。与45例正常膝关节进行比较。结果正常组与患病组内外髁比值在统计学上有显著意义。且膝关节骨性关节炎组内侧髁高/宽比值明显大于正常组;外侧髁高/宽比值亦高于正常组,在统计学上的均有显著差异。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患肢股骨内外侧髁高度/宽度比值大于正常膝关节比值,提示膝关节骨性关节炎患者股骨内外髁发育的形态与正常人有所不同,在冠状面(正位)可以描叙为内外髁狭长。这一因素可能也是骨关节炎发病的一个重要原因。

Objective Through measuring X-ray the knee Osteoarthritises,we can compare the shapes of condylus medialis and lateralis with the normal crowds,study the mechanical ratio between condylus medialis and lateralis.Observe the offset of the knee osteoarthritises.so to learn the Biomechanics differences between the osteoarthritises and the normals.Not only to provide the basis for correcting the abnormal shape,and also providing the clue for studying the pathogeny of knee osteoarthritis.Methods With recording the sex,age,height,weight,painful character,concomitance symptom,and so on,we measured height and wide between condylus medialis and lateralis in the 55 of selected knee osteoarthritises.Compared the datas with the 45 normals.Results The sicken condylus medialis ratios of height and wide,condylus lateralis ratios are greater than the normals.Conclusion Configuration of the condylus among the sickens is different from the normals.The configuration of the sickens condylus is narrow and long.It may be a factor of the illness.
