48例维持性透析患者的心理问题分析与心理干预

The Mental Problems of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients and Their Psychological Interventions

目的了解维持性血液透析患者的心理问题,为心理护理提供依据。方法对48例维持性血液透析患者进行了心理问题的问卷调查分析。结果维持性血液透析患者存在着明显的心理问题,通过有效的心理干预可消除患者的焦虑、恐惧等心理压力,改善其不良心理状态。结论心理护理对透析患者具有重要的作用,护士应重视心理与健康关系理论的学习,更好地为患者实施临床心理护理服务,对于疾病的治疗可起到积极的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the mental problems of maintenance hemodialysis patients to provide the evidence for their psychological interventions.Methods The questionnaire survey analysis on the mental problems was applied to 48 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Results The maintenance hemodialysis patients showed significant difference in the reduced mental problems,and their psychological interventions could effectively relieve mental pressure such as anxiety and panic,and ameliorate their adverse mental status.Conclusion The psychological nursing care played an important role in treating the hemodialysis patients,and the nurses should pay importance to the theoretical study of psychological and health knowledge to improve clinical psychological nursing care,which may effectively promote the disease treatment.
