摘要
介绍一种新颖的部分在工厂预制部分在现场浇筑的半预制钢筋混凝土叠合墙(PPRC-CW)。首先概述其应用现状、构造形式和建造方式。然后通过典型钢筋混凝土叠合墙的低周反复试验,进行PPRC-CW的破坏模式、变形性能、新老混凝土黏结界面破坏发展规律的试验研究。在试验基础上,通过大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立PPRC-CW试件有限元模型,并进行非线性数值仿真分析,分析模型以弥散法和混合法考虑分布筋和边缘纵筋,预制部分和现浇部分结合的黏结关系采用三向弹簧模型。通过非线性研究计算分析比较力-位移推覆曲线和低周反复试验骨架曲线、预制部分和现浇部分的应变差异等。计算分析所得力-位移曲线结果与试验结果符合良好,预制部分应变云图和现浇部分应变云图未见明显差异。研究结果表明半预制钢筋混凝土叠合墙具有良好的抗侧性能,新老混凝土协同工作性能良好。
This paper presents a novel kind of partially prefabricated reinforced concrete composite walls(PPRC-CW).The current engineering application,structural configuration,and construction method of PPRC-CW are introduced.Typical specimens were tested under reversed cyclical loading.The failure pattern,deformation mode and the bonding capacity were investigated.The finite element software ANSYS was then employed to establish the finite element model and to analyze the nonlinear property of the specimens.The distributed steel bars were simulated by dispersion model.Mix model is adopted to simulate the boundary elements.The bonding property of the prefabricated part and the cast-in-place part was simulated by three-dimension springs.The computed force-displacement curves agreed well with the test results.And there is no apparent difference between the strain distributions of the prefabricated part and the cast-in-place part.It is indicated that the lateral bearing capacity of the PPRC-CW is high and the compatibility of the prefabricated part and the cast-in-place part is good.
