摘要 为解决我国医疗行业信息系统的可扩展性差、维护困难、系统运行成本高、数据共享困难、使用不方便等问题,提出了基于云计算的HIS体系结构,它由4层组成:物理资源层、虚拟资源层、云计算管理层和HIS服务层,并且为基于云计算的HIS提出了资源动态配置算法,可以提高资源利用率,实现基于云计算的HIS稳定性和可靠性,最后描述了基于云计算的HIS实例——规范化康复诊疗信息系统。本文提出的基于云计算的HIS为云计算应用进行了有益尝试,为我国医院信息化和现代化建设提供了很好借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of poor expansibility,poor maintainability,the high cost of running the system,difficulty in data sharing,the inconveniences and other problems,the architecture of HIS based on cloud computing is proposed. The architecture consists of four components:physical resource layer,virtual resource layer,cloud management layer and HIS service layer. Cloud computing can provide a more robust and flexible virtual resources and can solve the shortage of computing power,scalability and cost issues. A dynamic resource allocation algorithm for cloud computing-based HIS is proposed and it can improve resource utilization,ensure stability and reliability of HIS. Finally,an instance of HIS based on cloud computing-standardized rehabilitation clinic information system is described. In this paper,cloud computing-based HIS is useful to try to cloud computing applications and it provides a good reference for China's hospital information and modernization.
