摘要
5.12地震给中小学校舍建筑造成严重破坏,中小学建筑的加固与设计引起越来越高的重视。新修订的国家《防震减灾法》规定,已建学校建筑"未采取抗震设防措施或者抗震设防措施未达到抗震设防要求的,应当按照国家有关规定进行抗震性能鉴定,并采取必要的抗震加固措施。"根据已有资料,对厦门市现有中小学建筑结构形式、建造年代等进行了归纳整理。因为学校建筑建造年代各异,抗震设防烈度有6度及以下、7度(0.1g)和7度(0.15g)。选取应用最多的一典型框架结构,在不同抗震设防烈度下对该结构进行计算,结果相差很大,应当对不满足抗震要求的建筑进行加固。分析了框架结构和砖混结构在历史地震中的受力特点和可能的破坏形式,并根据结构特点提出了相应的加固措施。
After their severe damage in '5.12' Wnchuan earthquake,primary and secondary school buildings are getting growing attention in reconstruction and design.The revised national 'Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Act' provides to take necessary reinforced measures for the built primary and secondary school buildings.According to the available data,this paper make a summarization of the structure types and construction time about existing school buildings in Xiamen province.As their diverse construction time,their seismic design intensities vary from 6、7 to7.5 degrees.Then choose one typical frame structure and calculate it under respective seismic intensity.The results make great differences.In the end,analyze the mechanic characteristics and possible failure modes of frame structures and masonry structures,then recommend corresponding strengthening measures for the weak elements.
