摘要
和兴仓库改建工程为2010年上海世博会庆典广场项目中重要组成部分。结合建筑改建方案,通过对保留混凝土结构增加钢结构人字撑,增加了抗侧力构件,改善了原结构体系。并将新建钢结构作为老结构的抗侧力体系之一,加强了房屋整体抗震性能,增加了抗震设防防线;同时对原始混凝土框架柱柱脚采用最新的高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆面层加固方法进行加固,提高了柱及框架节点的抗剪承载力,保证了结构的安全。
Hexing Storehouse reconstruction project is the most important part of the celebration square project for the 2010 Shanghai EXPO.Combining the architectural reconstruction scheme,the steel herringbone struts were added in the existing concrete structures as anti-lateral force members.The original structure system was improved.By considering the new steel building as a part of the anti-lateral force system for old structure,the building’s whole anti-seismic capacity is strengthened,and the seismic fortification line is increased.At the same time,the original concrete frame column bottoms are strengthened with high-strength steel wire mesh and polymer-mortar,and the shear-resisting capacity of the columns and joints are improved to make the structure safer.
