摘要
为配合上海国际航运服务中心的建设,须对原港运大厦进行改扩建,使新港运大厦的标高和整个基地相符。拆除4层原结构,新建3层楼面,对层19~27收进部分钢结构进行补齐,对下部3层新建楼面使用传统外包混凝土加固柱墙方法,新建梁柱节点外加柱帽箍筋加强刚性节点。
To cooperate with Shanghai International Shipping Service Center,the Port Building must be reconstructed in order to make the building’s elevation conform to the whole base.Demolition four layers and build three new layers,use the steel structures to fill in floor slab of 19-27 layers.The three layers’column and wall of new floor are wrapped with concrete for strengthening,new beam-column joints use column cap stirrup strengthen rigid joint.
