摘要
某在建展厅采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,由于使用功能发生变化,部分楼面需降底1m。这些改变涉及混凝土梁板拆除、梁柱加固及梁上柱接长落地等。根据加固改造的实际情况及要求分别采用了外包钢结构法加固柱,粘贴碳纤维布加固梁。同时还对钢梁与已有混凝土柱刚接节点进行有限元计算和分析,以保证地震作用下节点的安全性。
The partial floor of one exhibition hall with RC frame structure needs to be lowered by 1m,due to the change of function.These changes involved not only removal of concrete slab,but also reinforcement of the beam,column and the spreading to the ground of column upon beam.According to the actual situation and requirements of renovation,the column was strengthened with the outsourcing of steel,and the beam was strengthened with CFRP adhesive sheets.In the mean time,finite element calculation and analysis of the steel girder-existing concrete column rigid joints were conducted to ensure the safety of the joint under earthquakes.
