Design of basement added in existing building and foundation rebuilt works

摘要 讨论了在既有建筑底层增建地下室的不同构造方法,介绍了新老结构连接处理的关键措施和连接节点;考虑既有建筑基础与增建地下室底板共同受力,按变形协调分析地基反力分布,说明结合增建地下室构造满堂基础可使基础整体承载能力显著提高,并阐释了施工中对既有建筑卸载的必要性。基于以上研究给出了若干加固改造建议。 A combining method of new and former structures and their joints are illustrated through discussing ways to build basement in an existing building.In consideration of the existing base being loaded together with the new base slab,the distribution of subgrade reaction was analyzed under the rule of deformation coordinated,to explain that the integrate of basement construction and foundation rebuilt would increase bearing capacity of the bases as a whole.It also proves the necessity to unload existing building at the beginning of construction.Finally some proposals for strengthening and reconstruction works are provided.
