摘要
提出了目前中小学砌体结构抗震鉴定、加固设计中存在抓不住重点、不管原结构实际情况如何都进行全面加固等问题,希望引起业界工程技术人员的注意。
In order to cause the attention of engineering and technical personnel,several problems,emphases missed in current seismic appraisal and reinforcing designs of primary and secondary school buildings and total reinforcement regardless of the actual conditions of the original structure,etc,are pointed out in the paper.
