着重介绍了挤扩支盘灌注桩的质量控制,该桩比普通钻孔桩多一道挤扩支盘工序,施工中增加了人员、机械和工序作业的复杂性,因而必须对工艺流程严格控制,特别是挤扩支盘时应注意泥浆下降、设备上浮和挤扩压力值的控制,以确保支盘桩质量。该项新工艺在南通地区——南通大学图文信息中心A楼首次得到了成功的应用。

The quality control of squeezed branch grouting pile is introduced in detail.The pile has one more squeezed branch process than ordinary ones,and the complexity of personnel,machinery and processes of operation is improved,therefore construction technology process must be strictly controlled,especially the mud dropping,equipment floating,and control for squeezed value should be paid more attention to ensure the quality of grouting pile.
