聚羧酸高性能减水剂在跨海桥梁混凝土中的应用

Application of Poly Carboxylic Acid Water Reducing Agent for Marine Concrete of Sea-crossing Bridges

通过对跨海桥梁不同结构部位混凝土性能分析,对聚羧酸高性能减水剂提出了不同的性能要求,经在工程中的试验研究表明,聚羧酸高性能减水剂可以改善混凝土各项性能,配制的混凝土能够满足跨海桥梁海工高性能混凝土要求。结合使用过程中发现的问题,对聚羧酸高性能减水剂提出了一些建议和要求。

Based on analysis of concrete performance for different elements of sea-crossing bridges,various requirements of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent are proposed.The testing results from in-situ construction show that poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent promotes performances of concrete which meets requirements for marine concrete with high performance of sea-crossing bridges.Some suggestions and demands for poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent are raised according to problems discovered during in-situ construction.
