摘要
主要介绍了上岑信大桥承台大体积混凝土温控施工。通过优化混凝土配合比、降低水化热温升、埋设冷却水管等措施,达到了温度控制要求。并给出了温度控制标准,以及混凝土的出机温度和浇筑温度计算公式。最终没有出现温度裂缝,温控效果良好。
The temperature control construction for pile cap mass concrete of Shangcenxin Bridge is introduced in detail.Through optimizing mix proportion of concrete,reducing hydration heat,embedding cooling pipes,temperature control meets requirement.Meantime,temperature control standard is indicated,as well as the formula of out-o-machine and pouring temperatures.It has no temperature cracks,and gained excellent temperature control effect.
