聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂在刚性模板拼缝中的应用

Application of Polyurethane Foam Sealing Agent in Rigid Formwork Edge Joint

通过用聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂专用喷枪在相邻两块钢模板接缝处及钢模板与根部混凝土接缝处注入聚氨酯泡沫将钢模板接缝处和钢模板根部的缝隙填堵密实,可以很好地防治浇筑混凝土时在模板接缝处及钢模板根部出现漏浆现象。结合工程实例,具体介绍了聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂的堵缝机理和施工工艺,以及在施工中出现的问题和相应措施。

The gaps between two steel formworks and between steel formwork and its foot concrete are sealed with polyurethane foam sealing agent injected by special spray gun which can prevent cement mortar leakage in these sites during pouring concrete.Based on practice project,the sealing gap mechanism and construction method of polyurethane foam sealing agent are introduced,and some problems and their measures occurred in construction are also showed.
