摘要
针对近年来冶金工程建设的特点,结合我公司八钢2500m3高炉工程施工实例及公司近年来实施的项目成本管理改革经验,探讨当前冶金建筑企业如何在工程投标、合同谈判、施工管理、竣工结算、质量保修,各阶段项目实施过程中通过强化项目成本管理,开源节流,提高项目管理水平和盈利能力。
Aiming at construction features of metallurgy engineering in recent years,combing with project cost management experiences implemented in our company and a 2 500m3 blast furnace project,the authors discuss how to improve project management level and profit ability by strengthening project cost management of all construction stages of engineering bidding,contract negotiation,construction management,completion settlement and quality guarantee.
