摘要
由于总价承包合同有利于控制投资,风险较小等优点而广泛应用,然而承包单位需要承担全部的工程量和价格等不可预见风险。就总价承包合同的特点、风险及其控制措施探讨。
Because the total price contacting is helpful to cost control and has low risk,it is widely used in construction engineering.But all the unforeseen risks such as engineering quantity and price are taken by contacting enterprises.The author discusses characteristics,risks and control measures of total price contacting in this paper.
