Discussion on Management Mechanism of Safety Production in Building Construction Site

要有效地预防建筑施工安全事故的发生,一方面要完善法律法规,采用和加强各种有效的监督管理,更重要的是施工现场管理人员和操作人员进行系统的安全教育和培训,不断改进和完善安全管理机制。分析研究可能引发安全事故的各种因素,找出其内在规律,对主要因素实施有效控制,实实在在地防止事故的发生。

To effectively prevent happen of building construction safety accidents,on the one hand,the law and regulations must be perfected to strength several kinds of good supervision management,on the other hand,safety management mechanism must be improved and perfected gradually by training of construction workers.In this article,the author analyzes and studies some factors inducing safety accidence,finds their internal rules.Some measures are taken to control main factors to prevent the happen of accident.
