Concept of occupational health & safety management system,OHSMS for short is pointed out.Then main contents and operational model of OHSMS are introduced,especially the steps and contents of building constuction management based on the OHSMS.It is pointed out that the OHSMS can improve management level and occupational health and safety conditons.
