摘要
以大连国际储备库北区工程4号罐组为例,概述了10万m3储罐基础的施工流程,详细介绍了基槽开挖、混凝土垫层、钢筋绑扎、模板安装、混凝土浇注、砂垫层和沥青砂垫层几道主要工序的施工工艺和质量控制要点。按照这套工艺进行质量控制,解决了以往大型储罐基础混凝土环梁施工存在的钢筋变形大、环梁曲率难以控制等问题,其环梁半径偏差仅为5mm,顶面每10m弧长内任意两点高差小于7mm,取得了良好的效果。
Based on construction of No.4 storage tank in north area of Dalian Oil Repository,construction process of 100 000m3 storage tank is introduced.Furthermore,construction technology of foundation excavation,reinforcement bonding,formwork installation,concrete pouring,sand and asphalt cushion are introduced in detail,as well as quality control points of each step.Thus,large reinforcement deformation and difficult curvature control of traditional circle beams is solved,and the radius deviation of circle beam is 5mm and height difference of arbitrary two points in 10m arc length is less than 7mm.It proves that good benefit can be gain with the construction technology.
