摘要
介绍了安全仪表系统的功能安全和安全完整性水平等相关概念。结合实例,提出了一种安全完整性等级选择方法-半定量风险分析方法,该方法通过判定安全系统允许风险来确定系统允许风险特殊值。分析表明,该方法为压力容器控制系统的安全运行提供了保证,降低了事故的发生风险。
Functional safety and safety integrity level of safety instrument system are introduced.Based on a example,the authors propose a selection method of safety integrity level semi-quantitative analysis,which ascertains special values of tolerance risk by judging tolerance risk of safety system.The analysis shows that the method gives security for safe operation of the control system of pressure vessel,and reduces accident risk.
