对三种热水供应方式进行了特点分析与性能比较,通过研究投资费用、投资回收期、净现值的全生命周期成本以及入住率对热水供应成本的影响,表明了太阳能+辅助加热的方案为公寓热水集中供应的首选方案。

Three hot water supply plans are analyzed and compared.Based on the study of investment cost,payback period,life cycle cost of net present value and the influence of occupancy on the cost of hot water supply,the author shows that the system of solar and auxiliary heating is the first plan in hot water centralized supply in apartment.
