单机容量2MW级的山西神池风电场大部分施工处于严寒气候条件下。为满足工程质量和进度要求,制定了切实可行的低温混凝土施工技术措施,解决了低温条件下混凝土浇筑成型难等质量技术难题,混凝土质量、强度良好。
