Key Construction Technology of Submarine Pipeline at Hangzhou Bay

摘要 杭州湾区域海况复杂,对全长53.5km的海底管道,在南北岸的浅滩及中间海域需要采取不同的施工方法,具有海洋管道施工的典型性。其中离岸段(海上)采用铺管船铺管,该方法技术成熟,应用广泛;南岸近岸段采用底拖法,其拖管长度达3 117m,为海上拖管最长记录;北岸采用定向钻穿越。在失败的基础上,引进国外施工单位技术,克服了海洋软质淤泥回拖上及在铺管船上预制管道只能间断性回拖的难题。 Because of the sea condition is complex at Hangzhou bay,we should have different methods at the middle sea area and shoal at the north and south in the total 53.5km submarine pipeline,submarine pipe line at Hangzhou bay is typical in the submarine pipeline constructions.We use pipe laying vessel at the offshore segment(at sea),this method is matured and widely used,nearshore segment at the south has a method of bottom towing,towing pipes is the longest which has 3 117m,nearshore segment at the north use directional drilling corss.After failured,we introduce the foreign advanced technology,o-vercoming the problems of discontinuited towed precast pipelines at pipe laying vessel and on the ocean soft-silt.
