项目投资控制全过程研究

The Whole Control Process of Project Investment

鉴于项目建设过程中参与主体多,投资控制呈现多阶段、多层次动态变化的特点,提出全面全过程控制观点。借鉴矩阵组织结构模式及项目建设全过程控制理论思想,对不同职能部门管理任务分工细化,建立职能部门间在投资控制上的分工合作制度;针对项目建设不同阶段给出相应的控制措施、控制重点及控制建议,以确保投资控制目标的实现。

In view of more participants of projects,more multi-stage and characteristics of multi-level dynamic changes in the investment control,comprehensive control of the entire projects process is proposed.On the basis of matrix organizational structure and the whole process of project control theory,the author puts forward various management tasks of the division of functional refinement,and establishes and cooperation system of inter-functional department of the division in the investment system.Based on project's characteristics at different stages the author gives the corresponding control measures,control points,and control recommendations to ensure that the investment control objectives can be extended.
