摘要
重点项目对经济发展具有重要作用,其影响深远、意义重大。简述了重点项目储备的概念和意义,从申报流程、成效分析和SWOT定性分析3方面研究了成都市重点项目储备管理现状,并就价值观念的确定、储备体系优化和评价体系优化等方面提出改进对策,以期进一步完善目前的成都市重点项目储备管理工作。
Key project which is lasting and meaningful plays an important role for economic development.Authors describe the concept and meaning of key project reserves and research the status of key project reserves in Chengdu city based on reporting process,results analysis and the SWOT analysis.Moreover,they put forward countermeasures based on values of the reserve system,reserve system optimization and evaluation system optimization to improve the current management work of key projects reserves in Chengdu city.
