长江底泥对多环芳烃的吸附行为及荧光分析 被引量:5

摘要 以长江重庆段具有典型代表性底泥为研究对象,分析了荧光光谱法检测水体中多环芳烃二氢苊的可行性和准确性。通过模拟吸附实验,研究了底泥对二氢苊的吸附特性及其吸附机理。结果表明:用荧光光谱法检测水体多环芳烃二氢苊的含量,操作简单快速,准确性和可靠性高;长江重庆段底泥对水体中二氢苊的吸附曲线符合传统的线性分配模型和Freundlich等温吸附模型。比较两个模型的拟合参数发现,长江重庆段底泥对二氢苊的吸附行为并不是由单一的吸附机理决定的,而是由线性分配和表面吸附共同作用。 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon(PAHs)acenaphthene has been determined with Fluorescence Spectrometry on the basis of surface sediment in Chongqing Section of the Yangtze River,easibility and accuracy of Fluorescence Spectrometry used to quantify content of acenaphthene in the water was studied.Simulation sorption experiments was carried out to study characters and mechanism of sorption of acenaphthene on surface sediment in the Yangtze River.Several significant results has been obtained from the experiments.it is very simple,accurate and highly reliable to determine PAHs by Fluorescence Spectrometry;The sorption fitting curve of acenaphthene on surface sediment was in line with the traditional linear partition model and Freundlich sorption model;The sorption behaviors of acenaphthene on surface sediment in the Yangtze River was not decided by the single sorption mechanism but decided by the combined action of linear partition and surface sorption.
