穗花狐尾藻浸出液对铜绿微囊藻生长和产毒的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum L).干体制备的浸出液对铜绿微囊藻的生长抑制及对微囊藻毒素MC-LR产生的影响。实验结果表明,狐尾藻浸出液对铜绿微囊藻的生长及产毒都有一定程度地抑制。狐尾藻浸出液对微囊藻的生长抑制率最高可达到91.89%,对藻毒素产生的抑制率亦能达到71.26%。实验还利用GC-MS对狐尾藻的化感物质进行探索研究。结果表明狐尾藻的抑藻物质具有控制富营养化中藻类暴发及其危害的潜在价值。 This study was undertaken to test inhibitory effect of extracts obtained from Myriophyllum spicatum L.on the growth of Microcystis and the concentration of cyanotoxins(MC-LR) after treatment of the extracts.The experimental results indicates that the extracts has significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Microcystis and the release of cyanotoxins in Microcystis aeruginosa,of which the inhibitory rate to the algal density could be up to 91.89%.The extracts can also inhibite the release of cyanotoxins by the rate of 71.26%.The allelochemical in the extracts obtained from Myriophyllum was tested by GC-MS in this study.Ths studies have shown that the algaecide chemicals of Myriophyllum spicatum L.were in the tissue of the plant,they might be a potential candidate for eutrophication control.
