水分和钙胁迫对苔藓植物生理生化指标的影响 被引量:12

摘要 文章以三种苔藓植物(尖叶提灯藓Mnium cuspidatum,青藓Brachythecium albicans,石地钱Reboulia hemisphaerica)为材料,以正常浇水处理为对照,研究不同程度人工水分胁迫和钙离子胁迫对三种苔藓植物生理指标的影响,探讨其在逆境下的响应,结果表明:水分胁迫对可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸影响较大,但对MDA影响较小;钙离子胁迫对可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸影响较大,低浓度的Ca2+降低脯氨酸和可溶性糖的积累,降低MDA含量,但随着Ca2+浓度增大,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量也逐渐升高,且MDA含量也有所上升。该研究为进一步研究控制渗透调节物质的基因对逆境的敏感程度作好前期工作,对山区石漠化治理和生态恢复,以及治理环境污染等方面有着重要的理论和实践意义。 The paper will plant three bryophytes(Mnium cuspidatum,Brachythecium albicans,Reboulia hemisphaerica) for materials,processing in the normal water control,study the effects of Calcium and water stress on the physiological of three bryophytes,and its responsement.The results indicate that water stress has greater effect on the soluble sugar and proline,but has a little impact on MDA.As a wetland plant,Calcium stress has greater effect on the soluble sugar and praline.Low-calcium reduces accumulation of proline and soluble sugar,lower MDA content,but with the worsening stress,concentration of proline and soluble sugar content gradually increases,and MDA has a little rise.Do preliminary work well for the further study of the gene sensitivity of osmotica.And it has important theoretical and practical significance for the mountain rocky desertification control and ecological restoration,as well as in controlling environmental pollution.
